Riyadh – Mubasher: L'azurde Company for Jewelry has sold 1.72 million of its remaining shares that were offered for subscription, with a coverage percentage reaching 1,550%.
The shares were sold for SAR 21.75 each at a total value of SAR 37.45 million, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
A week ago, L'azurde said the rights issue to raise its capital resulted in 12.77 million subscribed shares at a value of SAR 127.77 million.
The company aims to increase its capital by 33.72% to SAR 145 million.
