Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The board of Abu Dhabi Aviation Company has decided not to proceed with the acquisition of Falcon Aviation Services (FAS), an aviation services provider.
This decision was taken, as both companies had not reached an agreement on the acquisition value, according to a bourse filing on Monday.
It is noteworthy to mention that in early September, Abu Dhabi Aviation Company sent a formal offer to acquire FAS as part of its strategic plan to expand and enhance assets and revenues.
