Mubasher: Al Batinah Development and Investment Holding said it will hold 5% or OMR 656,000 in the capital of a subsidiary of Oman Tourism Development Company.
The move comes in the framework of the company’s plan to diversify its income sources through investing in different sectors, topped by tourism as it considered one of the most promising sectors in Oman.
