Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Al Dhafra Insurance Company, listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), has reported its condensed interim financial results for the period ended 30 June 2019.
The company has achieved a profit of AED 18.66 million during the second quarter of 2019, versus AED 17.98 million in Q2-18, according to a bourse filing.
Earnings per share (EPS) stood at AED 0.19 in Q2-19, compared to AED 0.18 in the same quarter of 2018.
In the first half of 2019, profits jumped to AED 40.22 million from AED 34.18 million in H1-18.
EPS went up to AED 0.40 during the six-month period ended 30 June 2019 from AED 0.34 in the corresponding period of 2018.
The company’s total income stood at AED 57.65 million in H1-19, down from AED 60.88 million in the prior-year period.
Total assets grew slightly to AED 1.016 billion as at 30 June 2019 from AED 1 billion as at 31 December 2018.
