Mubasher: Al Jazeera Steel Products’ profits for the third quarter of the fiscal year 2016 leapt by 117.7% to OMR 370,000 ($957,710) from OMR 170,000 ($440,030) for Q3-15.
In the first nine months of the year, net profit rose 95.5% to OMR 3.07 million, versus OMR 1.57 million for the same period last year, according to a bourse filing released on Thursday.
Total sales reached OMR 50.48 million for the nine-month period, 10.3% up from OMR 56.269 million for the same period of 2015.
The company earlier posted a net profit of OMR 2.7 million for the first half of 2016, rising 88% from OMR 1.4 million for H1-15.
