Mubasher: Al Jazeira Services said that its board gave an initial approval to sell the company's entire stake in Al Anwar Ceramic Tiles Company to Oman Investment Fund (OIF) for OMR 41,089,280 at 375 baisa per share.
The board’s approval is subject to successful completion of requisite legal, financial and commercial procedures and due diligence by OIF.
