Mubasher: Al Madina Takaful Company’s board announced on Monday that it cancelled a proposal to pay cash dividends to shareholders for the fiscal period ended in 30 June 2015 as the date comes close the end of the same fiscal year.
Earlier on 24 August 2015, the board approved a proposal to distribute 5% cash dividends for the fiscal period ended on 30 June 2015.
The company’s nine month profit came to OMR 976,400 this year, versus OMR 727,800 in the same period last year.
