Mubasher: Al Omaniya Financial Services’ shareholders will discuss the payment of 17% cash dividends or 17 baisas per share for the fiscal year 2015, totalling OMR 4.18 million, according to a bourse statement published.
During their annual general meeting on 23 March, the shareholder will also consider the distribution of 3% bonus shares (three shares every 100) to increase the equity capital from 245.67 million shares to 253.04 million.
The shareholders will also discuss distribution 5% unsecured compulsorily convertible bonus stock bonds (five bonds for every 100 shares).
