Riyadh – Mubasher: Almarai Company recorded a 19.55% year-on-year (YoY) growth in net profit after Zakat and tax to SAR 1.67 billion during the first nine months (9M) of 2023, versus SAR 1.40 billion.
The revenues hit SAR 14.65 billion during the January-September 2023 period, higher by 5.57% than SAR 13.88 billion a year earlier, according to the consolidated interim financial results.
Earnings per share (EPS) increased to SAR 1.71 during 9M-23 from SAR 1.43 in the year-ago period.
Financial Statements for Q3
In the third quarter (Q3) of 2023, Almarai achieved net profits after Zakat and tax amounting to SAR 486.26 million, up 4.99% from SAR 463.17 million in Q3-22.
Revenues edged up by 0.58% to SAR 4.796 billion in Q3-23 from SAR 4.769 billion during the three-month that ended on 30 September 2022.
On a quarterly basis, the Q3-23 net profits dropped by 12.71% from SAR 557.08 million in Q2-23, while the revenues went up by 0.10% from SAR 4.792 billion.
