Riyadh – Mubasher: Arab Sea Information Systems Company announced on 18 September the appointment of Mohammed Saleh Al Suhaibani as the Chairman of the board.
The company also decided to name Ahmed Suleman Al Jasser as the Vice Chairman, according to a bourse filing.
Al Suhaibani is serving as a non-executive board member, While Al Jasser is an independent member.
