Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai-based Aramex said its board will meet on 30 October to discuss the renewal of the commercial general liability insurance policy with Emirates Insurance Company, according to a statement.
The logistics firm’s chairman Abdullah Al Mazrui will abstain from voting on this matter for being a conflicted party as he is also the chairman of the insurance company.
The board will also discuss Aramex’s third-quarter unaudited financial statements.
