Riyadh – Mubasher: Bawan Company has logged net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 50.34 million in the first quarter (Q1) of 2022, higher by 20.79% than SAR 41.68 million from Q1-21.
The company generated SAR 950.42 million in revenue in Q1-22, an annual increase of 10.24% from SAR 862.12 million, according to the interim financials on Thursday.
Earnings per share (EPS) settled at SAR 0.84 in the January-March 2022 period, compared to SAR 0.69 in Q1-21.
On a quarterly basis, the net profits in Q1-22 grew by 12.87% from SAR 44.60 million in Q4-21, while the revenues surged by 11.94% from SAR 849.04 million.
Last year, the Saudi listed firm posted a leap of 88.91% in net profits after Zakat and tax to SAR 170.34 million, versus SAR 90.16 million in 2020.
