Further to the earlier disclosure on “Preliminary offer received for our Stake in Al Anwar Ceramics SAOG”; Al Jazeira Services Board will meet on 15th September 2015 at 4 pm to discuss this matter.
Outcome of the Board Meeting as to whether our Board accepts or rejects this offer, will be communicated accordingly.
