Mubasher: The Capital Markets Authority (CMA) of Kuwait has approved Warba Capital Holding Co's prospectus of its rights issue.
The issued and paid-up capital will be increased by KWD 7.8 million to KWD 15 million from KWD 7.2 million, according to a bourse statement on Monday.
The capital hike will be carried out by issuing 78 million ordinary shares at a value of 100 fils each.
By the end of March, the CMA has approved for Warba Capital to raise the issued and paid-up capital.
