Cairo – Mubasher: The board of directors of Canal Shipping Agencies approved the appointment of Mohamed Mohamed Hosny El-Husseiny as the company’s CEO and Managing Director.
The CEO and managing Director has been given the authority to sign on behalf of the company and represent the company before all courts and authorities, the company said in a bourse disclosure on Thursday.
During the first quarter (Q1) of fiscal year 2020/2021, Canal Shipping Agencies posted net profits of EGP 41.05 million, down from EGP 128.3 million in the same period a year earlier.
