Cairo – Mubasher: Delta for Construction and Rebuilding posted on Tuesday a decrease of 50.4% in profits for fiscal year 2016 to EGP 5.7 million, versus EGP 11.5 million for FY15.
Revenues dropped in 2016 to EGP 160.786 million from EGP 300.923 million for FY15, according to a bourse statement.
Foreign exchange earnings amounted to EGP 2.8 million in 2016, compared to EGP 619,378 in 2015.
The company will hold an ordinary general meeting (OGM) to discuss the board and auditor’s reports on the year, in addition to a proposal to freeze cash dividends.
