Riyadh – Mubasher: Development Works Food Company has submitted its request to move to the Main Market of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) on 21 September.
The request was submitted through the automated system set by the financial market for this purpose, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.
The company’s board of directors approved to move to the Main Market earlier this month.
Development Works Food is currently listed and trading its shares on the Parallel Market (Nomu) of Tadawul.
