Disclosure of Q2 Unaudited Financials

Board of Directors of National Biscuit Industries Ltd SAOG has approved the unaudited interim financial statements of the company for the six months period ended 30th June,2015. The Company recorded a total sale of RO. 5,657,276 in the six months ended 30thJune 2015 as compared to RO. 5,977,248 in the corresponding period of previous year.The profit before tax of the Company for the period amounts to RO 384,025 and after tax amounts to RO 335,025 as compared to RO. 422,386 before tax and RO 372,386 after taxfor the corresponding period of previous year. The detailed financial statements have been uploaded on the electronic system of MSM website.
