Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) showed a positive performance on Monday, with the EGX30 main index up 3.10% to 3,0445.20 points.
Both the EGX100 EWI and EGX70 EWI ended the session higher by 2.07% at 7,682.27 points and by 2.49% at 10,852.87 points, respectively.
The turnover reached EGP 4.24 billion through the trading of 736.82 million shares, while the market cap value hit EGP 2.16 trillion.
As for trading on securities, the Egyptian investors were the net sellers with EGP 18.35 million. Arab and foreign traders were the net buyers with EGP 14.93 million and EGP 3.42 million, respectively.
