Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) showed a varied performance on Wednesday, with the EGX30 main index down 0.13% to 30,545.11 points.
On the other hand, the EGX100 EWI and EGX70 EWI ended the session higher by 1.58% at 7,688.98 points and by 1.34% at 10,856.48 points, respectively.
EGX’s turnover hit EGP 5.19 billion through the trading of 899.86 million shares, while the market cap value stood at EGP 2.17 trillion.
As for trading on securities, the Egyptian and Arab investors were the net buyers with EGP 195.72 million and EGP 58.72 million, respectively. Foreign traders were the net sellers with EGP 254.44 million.
