Abu Dhabi - Mubasher: EasyLease Motorcycle Rental, a subsidiary of International Holdings Company (IHC), has reported net profits attributable to the shareholders of AED 21.15 million during the first half (H1) of 2022, compared to AED 14.96 million in H1-21.
The company's revenues increased to AED 95.24 million in H1-22 from AED 65.10 million in the year-ago period, according to the consolidated financial results.
Meanwhile, the basic earnings per share (EPS) settled at AED 0.71 in the first six months (6M) of 2022, versus AED 0.50 during the same period a year earlier.
In the second quarter (Q2) of 2022, EasyLease generated AED 13.92 million in net profit, up from AED 7.27 million in Q1-21.
The Q2-22 revenues soared to AED 48.60 million, compared to AED 35.06 million in Q1-21.
During the January-March 2022 period, the basic EPS stood at AED 0.46, higher than AED 0.24 in the corresponding period in the previous year.
Last week, EasyLease acquired a 55% stake in The Captain’s Club at a total value of AED 70 million to diversify its multi-vehicle portfolio.
