Cairo-Mubasher: Misr Intercontinental for Granite and Marble (Egy Stone) widened its losses by six times more through the second quarter of 2016, compared with the same period of the previous year.
Egy Stone logged losses of EGP 454,000 in Q2-2016, compared with EGP 60,230 for the same period of the preceding year.
As for the first half of 2016, the company said it suffered losses of EGP 556,000 against profits of EGP 88,780 for the comparable period of the previous year.
The company’s profits declined 63.52% to EGP 1.15 million in the H1-2016, from EGP 3.16 million in the similar period of the preceding year.
