Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt for Poultry said Thursday that its board of directors has approved the sale of Saqqara Poultry Farm 2 for EGP 5 million.
The company’s board of directors earlier adopted the fair value set by Professionals Financial Consultancy Company for its two farms in Saqqara at EGP 8.2 million, Giza governorate.
The stock declined on Wednesday by 0.98% to EGP 2.02.
