Cairo – Mubasher: El Arabia for Land Reclamation said it sold 855 acres in Aswan.
The company sold the 855 acres for EGP 33.44 million at EGP 39,000 per acre, said a bourse filling.
The company received 21% of the sales value and will receive the remaining amount at equal installments over three years, with 7% annual interest.
