Cairo – Mubasher: El Badr Plastic is considering raising its capital to EGP 114.75 million from EGP 11.47 million, according to the company's disclosure to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Sunday.
The company will use the capital increase in constructing and completing its new factory in the Fourth Industrial Zone in Borg El Arab.
It is noteworthy to mention that in 2020, the company incurred net losses of EGP 2.078 million, compared to EGP 1.416 million in 2019.
