Cairo – Mubasher: El Kahera El Watania Investment said it bought 15.02% stake or 601,000 stocks in Assiut for Agricultural Development.
The company bought the 15.02% stake for EGP 9.83 million at EGP 16.37 per share.
Assiut for Agricultural Development is a subsidiary of ADI Lease for mortgage finance.
El Kahera El Watania noted that Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority (EFSA) has approved to exempt it from offering a mandatory tender offer to buy the aforementioned stake in Assiut for Agricultural Development.
