Cairo – Mubasher: El Kahera El Watania Investment will hold its ordinary and extraordinary general meetings on 23 March.
Shareholders will consider the company’s financial results for the period ended 31 December 2015, as well as the board’s report.
The extraordinary meeting will look into the amendment of articles No. 7, 19, 24, 26, and 41 of the memorandum.
In 2015, the company’s net losses widened to EGP 7.48 million from EGP 603,900 a year earlier.
