Cairo-Mubasher: El Wadi Co. Touristic Investment has decreased its stake in Golden Coast El Sokhna for Touristic Investment from 16.35% to 15.01%.
El Wadi sold 6,700 shares at an average of EGP 10.45 each, totaling EGP 700,150.
Golden Coast operates with issued capital of EGP 20 million, divided into 5 million shares at a par value of EGP 4 each.
