Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Centuray Human Resource and Logistics, the newly launched arm of Emirates Stallions Group (ESG), acquired a majority stake in United International Group (UIG).
The transaction is expected to enhance ESG’s portfolio, positioning the group as one of the leading manpower solutions companies, according to a press release.
In line with its strategic plans, the ADX-listed firm aims to deploy more than 30,000 skilled professionals by the end of 2024, serving various sectors.
Kayed Khorma, CEO of ESG, commented: “By this acquisition, Emirates Stallions Group is poised to seize a prominent role in the swiftly expanding manpower market in the region.”
“The manpower market has witnessed positive growth over the past three years. We are keen on capitalising on this trend and exploring opportunities to expand our manpower services in some GCC countries,” Khorma added.
Last October, Emirates Stallions launched its hospitality business arm ESG Hospitality to anchor its position in the hospitality sector.
