Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Gulf Medical Projects Company (GMPC) has agreed on distributing cash dividends at a total value of AED 69.891 million for fiscal year (FY) 2019.
The distribution of cash dividends at 10 fils per share represents 10% of the share's nominal value, the company disclosed to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX).
In 2019, the company saw a 44.4% year-on-year (YoY) decline in net profits to AED 62.9 million, compared to AED 113.2 million in 2018.
