Cairo - Mubasher: Genial Tours' initial public offering (IPO) was covered 121 times, said a bourse statement.
The IPO was covered through requesting 72.8 million shares at offering price of EGP 1.61 per share.
The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) opened on 11 October the OPR market, for five working days until 18 October, for placing orders on the share offering of Genial Tours Co. on the Nile Exchange (NILEX).
Genial Tours' is floating 600,000 shares, or 20% of capital.
The tours company said earlier the stock fair value was set at EGP 1.61, according a study prepared by the independent financial advisor.
