Cairo – Mubasher: Golden Textiles and Clothes said it will hold ordinary general meeting on 19 March to discuss the dividends distribution for 2015.
The company’s board has proposed earlier to distribute dividends of EGP 0.499 per share at total amount of EGP 7.14 million.
The company reported net profits of EGP 11.79 million in 2015, up from EGP 2.77 million a year earlier.
