Kuwait-Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting of Hayat Communications agreed on not distributing dividends for the fiscal year 2015, according to a recent statement.
The Kuwaiti company clarified that the decision was due to Hayat’s need for cash resources to finance existing projects, the statement added.
Hayat managed to achieve operational revenues worth KWD 17.78 million ($59.11 million) during FY15, despite the market’s economic conditions, said deputy chairman Imad Hyat.
