Cairo - Mubasher: International Company for Medical Industries Company’s (ICMI) said it raised its stake in in Alpha for Medical Materials through buying 190,000 shares at total value of EGP 380,000.
Following this transaction, ICMI’s stake in Alpha for Medical Materials raised to 48.58%.
Earlier, ICMI bought 45.4% equivalent to 2.8 million shares in Alpha Medical in return for EGP 4.88 million.Pha
