Ismailia Misr Poultry profits decline 47% in Q2

Cairo – Mubasher: Ismailia Misr Poultry posted a decline of 47% in net profits for the second quarter of 2016.

The company saw net profits of EGP 7.63 million ($857,260) for Q2-2016, down from EGP 14.3 million ($1.61 million) for the similar period of the previous year.

As for the first half of 2016, the company reported net profits of EGP 11.38 million compared with EGP 17.14 million for the comparable period of 2015.

The company’s sales slide to EGP 124.29 million in H1-2016, compared with EGP 141.07 million for the same period of the preceding year.
