Specialities Group Holding sold all its shares in Kuwait-based Equipment Holding Co. to Kuwait Foreign Petroleum Exploration Co (KUFPEC), according to a company statement.
The deal includes the transfer of 40,580,000 million share at KWD 0.16 per share.
