Cairo – Mubasher: Kafr El Zayat Pesticides Company said Wednesday that its ordinary general meeting (OGM) has approved distributing cash dividends of EGP 3 per share for fiscal year 2016.
The OGM adopted the financial statements for the year ended on 31 December 2016, in addition to the board and auditor’s reports on the year, according to a bourse filing.
By 12:06pm Cairo time, the stock declined 0.1% to EGP 31.3.
