Mubasher: Kuwait Real Estate registered a decrease of 16.5% in profits during the third quarter of 2018 compared to the same period in the previous year.
Earnings declined to KWD 1.1 million ($3.6 million) in Q3-18 from KWD 1.4 million ($4.6 million) in Q3-17, according to a bourse statement on Thursday.
During the first nine months of 2018, Kuwait Real Estate posted an increase of 11.07% in profits to KWD 5.02 million compared to KWD 4.52 million in the same period last year.
Total operating revenues grew by 0.4% to KWD 13.2 million.
At the stock level, Kuwait Real Estate closed Thursday’s session 0.96% higher at 52.6 fils.
