Mubasher: Tijara and Real Estate Investment (Tijara) on Monday signed an Ijara agreement worth KWD 3.11 million ($10.26 million).
The seven-year contract would replace another agreement, the company said in a statement to Boursa Kuwait.
The deal does not have a financial impact on the company’s financial results, the statement added.
During the first nine months of 2018, Tijara registered a growth of 126.4% in profits to about KWD 804,000 against around KWD 355,000 in the same period in 2017.
Tijara’s assets rose 8.4% to KWD 71.12 million during the first three quarters of 2018, from KWD 65.62 million in the corresponding period in the prior year.
