Cairo – Mubasher: MB for Engineering and Contracting’s ordinary general meeting (OGM) will discuss on 22 April increasing investments in its subsidiary Beta Electric Industries.
The OGM will also look into raising the capital of its unit MB Electrical Systems, in addition to the financial statements for the year ended on 31 December 2016, according to a bourse filing released on Thursday.
