Riyadh – Mubasher: The net profits after Zakat and tax of Makkah Construction and Development Company amounted to SAR 256 million in the first nine months (9M) of 2023.
The recorded net profits were higher by 124.56% year-on-year (YoY) than SAR 114 million, according to the interim financial results.
Furthermore, the earnings per share (EPS) hit SAR 1.55 in 9M-23, marking an annual rise from SAR 0.69.
Revenues increased by 75.07% YoY to SAR 597 million as of 30 September 2023 from SAR 341 million.
Income Statements for Q3-23
In the third quarter (Q3) of 2023, the net profits after Zakat and tax widened by 17.24% to SAR 68 million from SAR 58 million in Q3-22.
The firm posted revenues amounting to SAR 249 million during the July-September 2023 period, up 87.22% YoY from SAR 133 million.
On a quarterly basis, the Q3-23 net profits retreated by 44.72% from SAR 123 million in Q2-23, while the revenues hiked by 19.71% from SAR 208 million.
