Cairo – Mubasher: Misr Oils and Soap reported a net profit of EGP 5.012 million in the first quarter of fiscal year 2019/2020, up 205.8% year-on-year from EGP 1.63 million.
Meanwhile, the company’s activity revenues increased to EGP 392.8 million in the three-month period ended 30 September, compared to EGP 300 million in the same period of 2019, according to a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Thursday.
It is worth mentioning that during FY18/19, the Egyptian firm logged a net loss of EGP 15.5 million, against a net profit of EGP 1.87 million in the previous fiscal year.
