Mubasher: The shareholders of National Hotels approved a 12% dividends dividends payout proposal for the fiscal year 2015, according to a bourse statement.
National Hotels will pay 12 fils per share, with an overall value of BHD 1.310 million.
The Bahraini company said that the stock will trade ex-dividend starting from 31 March. The stock is currently trading at BHD 0.280.
National Hotels has achieved a growth of 23% to BHD 3.77 million during the fiscal year 2015 as compared to BHD 3.06 million in FY14.
