Cairo – Mubasher: National Housing Professional Syndicates Co. said its board of directors gave a nod to buy a land plot spread across 1,344 square meters, to establish residential units.
The market value of the land plot stands at EGP 24.760 million, noting that it is subject to moving up or down by 10%.
The listed firm posted an increase of 70% in its losses for the first nine months of 2015, as it reached EGP 6.99 million compared with EGP 4.11 million a year earlier.
