Mubasher: Global oil prices declined on Friday, despite positive news that the market rebalanced after OPEC agreement.
Brent crude, the international benchmark, fell 0.16% or $0.09 to $55.92 per barrel (pb) by 7:47am GMT.
NYMEX crude for February delivery declined 0.09% to $52.96 pb.
