Mubasher: Oman Education and Training Investment Holding (OETI) on Tuesday invited to discuss a proposal to increase the number of members in the company’s board of directors (BoD) from five to seven and amend the statute of the company.
The proposal will be discussed in the company’s extra ordinary general meeting which will be held on 23 December.
On the same day, the ordinary general meeting will be held to elect two new members, shareholders and non-shareholders, to fill the two vacant seats, in case the proposal was approved by shareholders.
