Cairo – Mubasher: Pyramisa Hotels and Resorts on Monday reported a 10.9% year-on-year increase in consolidated profits for the first half of 2018.
The company logged EGP 25.11 million in net profit for the six-month period ended June, versus EGP 22.64 million in the year-ago period, according to a filing to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
Revenues amounted to EGP 72.52 million at the end of June, up from EGP 58.6 million in H1-17.
On the other hand, standalone profits fell to EGP 26.52 million in H1-18, versus EGP 28.7 million in the same period a year earlier.
It is worth noting that the EGX-listed generated EGP 12.6 million in the three-month period ended March, compared to EGP 12.9 million in Q1-17, including minority shareholder’s rights.
