Mubasher: Qatar General Insurance & Reinsurance Company (QGRIC) on Tuesday announced that Trust Bank Algeria approved the amendment of Memorandum of Association.
The new adjustment, which was also approved by the Central Bank of Algeria, enables QGRIC to acquire 20% of the share capital of Trust Bank Algeria, according to the company’s statement to the Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE).
By 11:05 am Qatar time, QGRIC’s stock decreased 4.26% at QAR 45.
