Riyadh – Mubasher: The net profits after Zakat and tax of Saudi Ceramic Company hit SAR 48 million in the first half (H1) of 2023, down 46.22% from SAR 89.26 million in H1-22.
The revenues declined by 15.38% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 621.93 million in H1-23 from SAR 734.98 million, according to income statements.
Earnings per share (EPS) reached SAR 0.60 during January-June 2023, compared to SAR 1.12 in the year-ago period.
Financial Results for Q2-23
In the second quarter (Q2) of 2023, the Saudi firm achieved net profits after Zakat and tax valued at SAR 33.29 million, an annual drop of 12.31% from SAR 37.96 million.
Saudi Ceramic generated revenues worth SAR 253.04 million in April-June 2023, down 25.32% YoY from SAR 338.82 million.
On a quarterly basis, the Q2-23 net profits enlarged by 126.37% from SAR 14.70 million in Q1-23, while the revenues shrank by 31.40% from SAR 368.89 million.
During the first three months (3M) of 2023, the company witnessed 71.33% YoY lower net profits after Zakat and tax at SAR 14.70 million from SAR 51.29 million.
