Riyadh-Mubasher: Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) deposited on Sunday the rights issue shares of MetLife AIG ANB Cooperative Insurance Co. to shareholders' portfolios.
The company will pay compensations to shareholders who have not exercised their rights to the rights issue subscription as of 31 March.
The company earlier said that its rights issue was 94.64% covered as it saw subscription to 16.56 million shares in two phases, at a value reaching SAR 165.6 million.
